With the acceleration of urbanization, changes in demand, geographical location, cost considerations, etc., some emerging real estate markets tend to integrate small volume sales offices with functions, providing more sales and service functions in limited spaces. In Shenzhen, where new youth gather, modernization and urban fast-paced are engraved in the genes of the city.

Insight into community ecology and neighborhood relationships, softening the boundaries between blocks and cities, and creating a “source of urban street corner aesthetic life” for future communities. The project site itself is only 223 square meters, which is a very small and extreme creative challenge. The limited display area along the street and the extremely small interior space not only break away from the traditional marketing atmosphere, but also achieve vertical flow transmission. The functional areas included should include reception area, sand table, brand display area, household model, and negotiation area, providing a private and open interactive space. The limited coverage provides designers with granularity to focus on commercial value and life experience. All details are designed not for the sake of details, but to serve the overall living scene. Make better use of the demonstration display area invested in marketing.
