KARV ONE DESIGN Founders Invited to the High-end Residential Design Trends Forum 2025, delivering a speech
The Place of Residence: 2025 High end Residential Design Trend Exhibition “is a special exhibition of the 2025 Guangzhou Construction Expo, initiated by the Guangzhou Construction Expo and jointly organized by Wanhua Investment Group and the Luhu A8 Design Center and Wanhua Group Interior Design Center. At the same time as the special exhibition, the “ High-end Residential Design Trends Forum 2025” was held. Kyle Chan from KARV ONE DESIGN was invited as a special guest to give a keynote speech at this event. Together with representatives from internationally renowned design agencies and designers, they explored the value definition, artistic and cultural aesthetics, functional evolution, and personality creation of contemporary high-end residential buildings from an international perspective and Eastern narrative.
Hong Kong’s Estoril Court Private Residences Selected for “Ideal Residence · 100 Residential Practices”
Seven major curatorial sections are set up on site, gathering over 300+agencies, designers, residential cases, and brands to jointly sort out and showcase the multidimensional thinking and practices of China’s most influential designers. They explore and present the value definition, artistic and cultural aesthetics, functional evolution, personality creation, and other dimensions of the future “poetic dwelling” state in a diversified, highly professional, and insightful manner.
This special exhibition features the core unit of “Ideal Residence · 100 Residential Practices”, and KARV ONE DESIGN Hong Kong Estoril Court Private Residence has been selected as one of the 100 residential cases with contemporary temperature and avant-garde perspective, and will be exhibited at the exhibition site.
