The highly anticipated annual gala of the design world – the 2025 Best of Year Awards hosted by Interior Design Magazine (USA) – concluded brilliantly in New York. Among numerous entries worldwide, MUZIJI claimed the highest honor of WINNER in the Medium Commercial Lobby + Amenity category.

With Enchanting Village as its emotional core, MUZIJI integrates over 15 mixed business formats including under-eaves gathering spots, community cafes, tea houses and youth hubs, creating a “super cultural venue”. From spatial structure and circulation planning to the crafting of emotional ambiance, MUZIJI strives to deliver what is scarce in today’s urban spaces – a public area brimming with human warmth.
Prior to this, the MUZIJI project had already garnered multiple recognitions across the globe, including the International Design Awards (IDA) Silver Award (USA), Design for Asia Awards (DFA) Merit Award, a place on the longlist of Dezeen Awards (UK), and the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards (APIDA) Silver Award. Its consistent spotlight in international awards is a testament to the project’s overall execution, spatial storytelling prowess and design expression.
